Neutral Mediator

Among the services presented by Neutral Mediator  is that of serving as independent chairperson for purposes of disciplinary hearings in the workplace.  Given the duty upon the employer to treat the accused as innocent until proven guilty it is most beneficial to all concerned to seek an independent chairperson serving as presiding officer at disciplinary proceedings. These proceedings happen in accordance with the accepted standard for procedures of this nature, with specific reference to the rules of natural justice and the right for both sides to be heard.  Services as independent chairperson includes making a finding, delivering the verdict, and imposing a penalty when relevant to the verdict.  At the same time, composing and implementing a Code of Conduct in the workplace comprises part and parcel of the Neutral Mediator service offering.
